We partner with a diverse range of individuals and groups, including athletes and performers of all ages and skill levels, high school sports teams, parents, organizations, and companies. Our core mission is to improve performance by integrating cognitive skills, recognizing that "performance" extends far beyond traditional domains—encompassing sport, academics, professional endeavors, interpersonal relationships, fundamental life skills, leadership, and many more.
Our work focuses on empowering athletes and other performers to cultivate skills that foster consistent high-level performance and a profound enjoyment of their craft. This encompasses a broad spectrum of challenges and goals, such as:
